Principle Accountabilities:
· Take color development work in an industrial team
· Get guidance from chemist to develop paint color formulas matching truck/bus color standards
· use advanced computerized color matching system, as well as visual color skills
· Weigh and mix paint, spray color panels, and then adjust formulas by spectrophotometer and software. Repeat the process
· entry color information into computer color database
· Color support for paint production in production site or customer line


Skill and Knowledge Required:
- High school or technical school degree or above, major in chemistry/color, polymer or related
-1-3 years related work experience, familiar with coating system, preferred in Industry Coating lab
-Lab working experience
-Color match work experience is preferred
-Strong ability in equipment operation and simple maintenance
-Work under pressure and independently
-Team spirit, open-minded, communicative
- High sense of responsibility
- Willing to learn and good adaptability
