Job Description

Provide a sensitive frontline reception service. Deal professionally, politely and promptly with enquiries from all visitors and show to relevant staff and make visitor record accordingly;
Maintaining the safety and security of the reception area as per security policy;
Take and screen phone calls, provide formation to callers, take message and transfer to relative employees;
Review and distribute incoming faxes, send outgoing as required;
General office procurement, e.g. Stationery, green plants, courier delivery, business card printing, water etc.
Help to book hotel and air ticket for employees;
Assist employee visa application for their overseas business trips;
Information update: e.g. internal phone directory, supplier contact list;
Manage booking of meeting rooms;
Other offices duties as may be assigned or required;


Requirement



College graduate;
Good in English skills both in written and oral;
Open-minded, service-minded, initiative;
Good teamwork;
Knowledge of Microsoft office software;
at least 4 days per week
