? Responsible as information center for M&A-related intelligence in Asia-Pacific by managing 3rd party vendors (eg. Merger Market) and open-source researches. Monitoring and reporting on regional market information, competitive information, and market intelligence. Provide executive summary on a monthly basis.
? Analysis work for BD department, prepare reports and/or graphic presentations for specific project.
? Identify potential acquisition targets in China by web research, internal team interviews and external contacts, based on the general directions provided by APBD director.
? Establish initial contact with potential targets by cold calling and visiting. Prepare short profile (meeting notes) for each target visited and maintain a database for that.
? Explore the targets' interest in acquisition, majority, minority, JV, etc and assess possible interest level by RA. Create a short-listed pipeline targets by preparing a full profile with 3rd party investigation results.
? Propose pipeline targets to APBD director and receive approval for submission to Corp Dev for official BU reviews.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent. Prior work experience in industrial environment and exposure to mergers and acquisitions desirable. 3 years of related working experiences. High energy and enthusiasm to work independently and in a matrix environment. Deep expertise in data management and warehousing (MS Excel, MS Access,). Good communication skills. Strong project management and quantitative skills.
