职位描述
工作职责：
1. Collect customer complaint from PM or customer, and understand the detail by communicate with customer.
2. Analysis the situation from customer complaint, and work out the solution, research for advanced technical solution from expert.
3. Take lead of service team including the resource from CSM, Contractor and distributer (For example: He Yuan, KLT).
4. Provide technical training to service team member.
5. Assign service team member to customer side for site service when required, and provide technical support.
6. Provide site service by himself when required (For example: if service team resource not enough or service team member can’t fix the issue by themselves).
7. Review the site service report when every site service finished and documentation service report for record.
8. Review and confirm cost from 3rd party by compare with service report, and work on service cost record and analysis every month.
9. Analysis the loot cause of every customer complaint with Engineer Manger and AE leader, help Engineer team and OES to get the improvement.
10. Understand the process of warranty part replace process and warranty part purchase process, and follow the process.
11. Support Application Engineer to finish the IntelliCenter software.
12. Support Application Engineer estimate the OCN rework hour.
