1. According to the material and technical requisition from each dept, considering the stock level, work on the quotations.
2. Negotiation on the PO terms with supplier and release the PO.
3. Monitor suppliers’performance on the quality, OTD and quick service feedback
4. Monitor the progress of each PO till cargo receipt and payment completed.
5. Support on the Mono group sourcing jobs.
6. Involved into the new product implementation project, customized product projects etc. by provide support on quotation, material purchasing and cost down to meet target.
7. Continuous improvement on IDM purchasing.
8. Cost analyzes and report to management team. Set up and prepare cost down project on materials
9. Other responsibilities assigned by Superior

job requirement:
1. The ability to utilize a variety of computer software packages is also necessary.
2.Two to three years of job-related experience are typically required.
3. The ability to listen to others is important to the job.
4. Team player, but also self starter.
5. Good communicator
