Responsible for a team of 3-7 consultants in a specific (sub) sector; covering a limited number of mid/high job profiles and focusing on a limited number of clients.
Reporting to:
Branch Manager/Regional Director
Job purpose:
To achieve team and personal sales targets through:
？ Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base
？ Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services
？ Developing, supporting and motivating a team of consultants
？ Compliance with company policies and reporting processes
