职位描述

Duties/Responsibilities:

Data Entry

1. Collection packing information, complete packing list entry in EDS for intercompany orders and 3rd party orders, Update package information to related teams from BA to Logistic etc.

2. Support to warehouse to complete the PO receipt and support to PMC on creating and closing shop orders etc.

3. Daily check the BPCS transaction history in BPCS to make sure material receipt, issuing, receipt of shop order, purchase orders are right and report any abnormal to supervisor.

4. Support production planner and assembly supervisor update share file of pump production schedule.

5. Any other data entry related jobs that need duplicated keying in BPCS


Documents

6. Prepare and sticking standard EDS/ customized packing list/mark/Box Number for each delivery and if required, submit copies of documents to customers.

7. Coordinate on documents preparations for each delivery, including but not limited to quality certification, test report for pumps, material certification for items, O&M Manual etc.

8. Coordinate and prepare the documents requested by sales or customers, including and not limited to certification of Origin, custom declaration note for material import, Packing List for cargos imported, invoice w/o value as evidence of project, any technical documents from suppliers etc.

9. Support on collection and filing of production and warehouse records etc. related to daily operations
