Business Analyst role will provide support to the sales function and ensures efficiency and accuracy of the sales activities, with strong focuses on the profitability of products; support sales team and business units by following sales guidelines and whole company business processes. In addition, the job holder will supply the sales teams with analysis to support their activities and supervise sales team with financial expertise.
Main Accountabilities:
-Lead the following activities and coordinate with BU to achieve common targets:
Overdues
-Price adjustment
-MSP evaluation (project life time RoS)
-Working closely with Account groups to define commercial strategies towards each critical customer projects
-Provide support to account managers to meeting customers for price negotiation and financial/commercial discussions
-Monitoring the sales selling expense, Budgeting and reporting of sales expenses on global level
-Key Account Support (individual reports, training, project controlling support for project managers in Sales, interface to BU controlling, etc.)
-Support sales IT tools implementation (SOF, MASIS, (MASAP), PLM, etc.)

Qualification Requirement
-Minimum 5 years working experience of financial function in multi-national company is preferred;
-Experience of finance controller in sales function is highly preferred
-Strong communication skill
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Easy-going personality, willing to work under pressure
-Familiar with Excel, Word, PPT operation
-Be cautious and keen attention to details
