Key Task Types
? Creating and formatting MS Word and MS Excel documents and spreadsheets
? Recruitment database management
? Candidate resourcing
? Answering and redirecting telephone calls
? Following up weekly advert numbers from consultants
? Preparing expense reimbursements
? Ensuring system compliance
? Preparing invoices for marketing and advertising
? Coordination of team events
? Ad hoc projects and preparing client tenders
? Weekly team meeting preparation and minute taking
? Organising team stationary
? Birthdays calendar
? Orientation of new starters into basic office procedures
Qualification and Experience
? Tertiary education
? High level of administrative experience preferably gained in an executive office environment
? Advanced computer and software skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
? High personal standards in the quality of written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
? The ability to prioritise a heavy workload and continue to meet deadlines
? An appreciation for confidential matters and discrete action

? Proactive display initiative, responsibility and flexibility
