Job description
To manage the commercial relationship with existing key accounts, proactively contacting key accounts to maintain a consistent high level of performance, whilst identifying further new business opportunities, approach all business opportunities and achieve the target. You are responsible and accountable to:
? Deliver high quality to your missions from beginning to end, ensuring compliance with client requests.
? Exercise top care and custody of your missions and champion the requirements and satisfaction of your clients amongst all internal departments.
? Own your project schedule and timely react with appropriate contingencies to prevent and to remediate derailments.
? Cooperate with global or regional project managers on multiple missions.
Desired Skills & Experience
? Bachelor degree or above
? A solid commercial experience in high-end retail or market research, including at least 3 years in a Key Account Manager’s role.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Fluent in English an advantage
? Be able to demonstrate your ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
? Ability to work under pressure.
? Ability to understand customer and market expectations in retail industry.
