招聘若干以下行业助理顾问、顾问、高级顾问
行业：奢侈品行业 ，以及零售，快速消费品行业
Reporting to:
Team Leader/Manager or Branch Manager
Job purpose:
To achieve personal sales targets through:
1. Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base
2. Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services
3. Compliance with company policies and reporting processes
Main accountabilities:
1. Market understanding and expertise within line of service
2. Acquisition and client management
3. Recruitment and candidate management
4. Organizing work, administration and reporting
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Achieving sales activity targets
2. New candidates interviewed through consultants
3. Number of jobs in
4. Number of CV’s sent to clients
5. Number of interviews at a client
6. Number of placements made / fees generated
Knowledge & background:
1. University degree or higher education and/or;
2. Experience in recruitment and/or specific sector experience
3. Numeracy and IT ability
4. High level of English; both written and spoken
