-From our SRE, Siemens are looking to recruit a experienced project manager.

What are my responsibilities?
1) Pre Project Phase
-Support BS Project Lead to identify Customer requirement in terms of MEI & Sustainability
-Evaluate Project Schedule and Construction Cost (Estimate) in terms of MEI and Sustainability
-Communication to Cluster Sustainability Manager and BS Project Lead
2)Project Execution Phase
-Review & selection of Project Team Sustainability & MEI external resources
-Participate Project Execution Kick-off meeting
-Provide professional MEI & Sustainability Planning
-Participate in Contract negotiations
-Evaluate the performance of bidder in terms of MEI & Sustainability during Tender
-Coordinate and Manage the MEI Construction Quality and Costs
-Manage Sustainability goals / Green Building Certification Program
-Ensure use of Siemens products
-Coordinate with SRE Security Team for security system planning
-Coordinate with SRE EHS Team for fire service system planning
-Claim and Change Order Management in terms of MEI
-Support Project Lead hand over process to Asset Management in terms of MEI
-Reporting and Communication to Cluster Sustainability Manager and BS Project Lead
-Provide monthly Green Building Reporting to Cluster Sustainability Manager
3)Other
-Provide necessary technical support for SRE AM sustainability saving program, energy audit
-Capable to handle up to 3 projects (or 50,000sqm GFA) in meantime

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management
2.Minimum 5 years experience of project manager involving the overall project phases of Greenfield industrial projects and demonstrated experience in leading multiple projects through various phases.
3.Knowledge in project programming, schedule planning & budget tracking; QA/QC, and EHS management
4.Advanced skills in Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Power Point.
5.Fluent English in written and verbal.
6.Strong problem solving skills and “can do” attitude
7.Good client management with positive customer orientation
8.Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
9.Capacity to handle pressure.
10.Willingness to travel extensively across the construction sites.
