-From our Energy Sector, Transmission division, we are looking for a CFO for one ASA Business Administratorbased in Shanghai.


What are my responsibilities?
- Commercial responsibility for TR sales in Asia and Africa (Order Entry > 450’ EUR p.a.)
- Commercial sales coordination for the region incl.
- Support on market and competitor analysis
- Support on strategy definition and implementation

- RE performance controlling (all key financials incl. SG&A and receivables) incl. business reviews
- Budgeting and Forecasting, BTA process coordination
- Sales performance monitoring (GP in order entry, hit rate, order losses, offer volume, bidding activity analysis, pricing, w2w margins)
- Opportunity management support (Philos / OO4T)
- Commercial CRM process governance for all sales organizations in the region (incl. factories)
- Process improvements / harmonization, regional/ cross-country Best Practice Sharing
- LoA support
- Staff training
- Support in identification and development of commercial sales talents
- Coordination of legal and tax matters (Transfer Pricing, M&S agreements, commission agreements, sales agents, business models)
Main contacts / interfaces:
-TR S mgmt, BA heads of TR segments, E T (TR) and E T BA mgmt in Regional Entities, Factory (Sales) mgmt and Controller, TR BC, TR BD, external and internal customers


What do I need quality this position?
- at least 3 years management responsibility for a commercial sales organization within Siemens
- 3 years experience in Business Controlling and / or Business Development
- Intercultural experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead virtual teams/ organizations
- In-depth CRM process know how
- SAP knowledge for FI/CO, SD
