职位描述

14年毕业生可以踊跃投递。如是13年应届生，有留用性。合约1年
上岗前5天会安排在岗培训，系统的使用及电话问卷技巧。
岗位职责：
1、通过电话招募医生参与CSD各项调研活动；（指标：每天成功招募5-6位符合要求的医生）
2、电话提醒及督促医生及时填写问卷并做好医生的维护工作；
3、与医生进行沟通确保其理解CSD调研的要求，正确填写问卷并提高问卷填写的质量；
4、记录，登记，验证并更新相关的电话记录；
5、登记相关的问卷信息并检验相关问卷数据的准确性；
6、必要情况下，协助部门其他同事或项目完成调研任务。
