Key Responsibilities
1.Handle all email and phone inquiries with target to convert potential ones to confirm bookings
2.Handle negotiation on new bookings and renewals
3.Conduct viewings/site inspection for potential clients when required
4.Identify corporate companies to be handed to sales team for explore potential business opportunities
5.Prepare reports for monthly submission of financial results to the management
Requirements
1.preference in Real Estate or Hotel Management
2.Minimum two years of sales experience in real estate or hospitality
3.Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and Chinese
