Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.Plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.
2.Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions.
3.Solicit and close business according to established parameters.
4.Maintain a regular sales call pattern.
5.Develops and maintains contact with business generators, property agencies, overseas relocation agencies,corporate .accounts, and other producers closely allied to property's business
Qualifications
1.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
2.Problem solving and organizational abilities.
3.Good in spoken and written English
