Responsibilities
1.Communicates and submits appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assists in promoting the property to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property.
2. Responsible for various media and marketing activities and events.
3.Responsible for press releases as required by property events.
4.Monitors and ensures complete awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies.
Qualifications.
1.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
2.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the property, the brand and the Company.
3.Able to speak and write English Fluently.
