职位描述

Summary of Position: Reporting to the HR department Manager, The Administrative and Travel Assistant is a key person involved in:
- Travel Management for employees around the world.
- Office admin tasks related to top management.


Key Duties and Responsibilities: The primary accountabilities include:
? Travel Arrangement: Follow all the cases related to flight arrangement, visa application, hotel arrangement, etc. Inform the travelers each time the complete and necessary travel information, like Travel Summary, Country Memo, etc. for our employees and managers travel business trip.
? Search systems to find different routes for a destination on internet.
? Deal easily with visas constraints and anticipate eventual issues with immigration for the travelling.
? Take initiative in proposing alternative solutions if a problem occurs.
? Follow-up of travelers' whole trip tickets.
? Validation of agencies invoices.
? Monthly Office Expenses for Worldwide Headquarter and Remote Site Management Worldwide suppliers.( DHL, Fast Express, skylink etc)
? Cash Forecast for: travel (ticket + hotel), tuition, purchase, miscellaneous costs
? President, Vice President, Senior Management personal issues (Different devices preparation, personal expenses payment form for routine expenses).
? Email Management: create new emails, delete emails, make forward function, check password, payment
? Office contact list update for Worldwide Headquarter, Remote Site Management Worldwide and branches out of China every month on server.
? Handle WHQ office equipments, stationery order, maintenance repair and other supervision
? Handle company name card printing issues
? Documentation Scan, Copy, Signature and Chopping
? Driver management
Key Skills and Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess:
? Geographical knowledge of Asian, African and Middle East countries and airports.
? Strong English (written and spoken) skills.
? Good communication and inter-personal skills
Education & Experience Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess:
? Experience in booking flight tickets in travel agency for 2-3 years would be highly appreciated.
? Curious, flexible with working time and schedule and pro-active.
? University degree or equivalent
? Have a can-do attitude and resourcefulness
