1、 Create innovative VI system, enhance employer branding.

企业形象设计和雇主品牌宣传

2、 Come up with creative proposals for exhibition displays and marketing promotions .

为客户提供充满创意和空间想象力的展览展示及活动现场设计方案；

3、 Transform designing scheme into 3D products from the initial drawings to final completion.

根据设计方案, 完成3D效果图。

4、 Support Operations in the definition and implementation of their site visual communication. Such as interior

design for canteens, boost visibility of employer brand.

协助新开营运项目点场所的形象设计（如餐厅空间深化设计），提高品牌可见度。

5、Maintain VI system, leverage ADEN Services on-site visual identity and customer experience.

定期维护更新企业形象系统，以便更好地支持营运需求、提高消费者体验。

Job Requirement

任职要求：
1、College degree or above, major in designing preferably, 1-3 years work experience in designing.

设计相关专业大专以上学历。1-3年相关设计工作经验；
2、Proven technical ability with 3Dmax/AUTOCAD/Photoshop/sketchup software programs.

熟悉操作3Dmax/AUTOCAD/Photoshop/sketchup等常用设计软件；

3、 Have solid space designing ability, can finish designing projects（Retail,Advertisement,Shopping Mall,ect.）

有较强的空间理念，有相关项目设计经验(零售业，广告，商业地产类等)
4、Creative, being able to think outside of the box, with good presentation skills

创意性思维及表达能力强，可独立、正确、清晰的向他人阐述自己的设计理念；

5、Familiar with interior decoration materials and have basic construction ideas.

熟悉相关室内装修材料，懂施工。

6、Good command on Written and oral English，can communicate well with international colleagues.

英语听说读写流利，能与外籍同事沟通交流。
