Synopsis:

概述：
A Course Consultant is the first contact point between EF and the potential customer. The Course Consultant is ultimately responsible for selling EF courses to customers by building the relations and offering the most suitable program based on customer needs and developing a long-term study plan.

课程顾问是潜在客户在EF最先接触的人。课程顾问通过与客户建立良好的关系，并根据客户的需求定制个性化的课程及长期学习计划，最终负责向客户销售EF课程。

The role:

Although CC role is focusing on sales, CC needs to have a good appreciation of education industry and EF products in order to be able to give a solid academic justification for every piece of advice.

尽管课程顾问关注销售结果，但是为了给客户提供强有力的学术专业性的意见，课程顾问对教育产业及EF产品需要有很好的掌控能力。

You will:

工作职责：

• Follow the appointed client list to confirm the scheduled appointments.

每日跟进预约到访客户名单，确保客户的到访准时而顺利。

• Personally meet customers and provide an individual one to one sales consultation

在客户到访后，负责接待以及提供一对一课程咨询。

• Develop a suitable study plan depending on customer needs and expectations.

针对客户不同的需求以及现状，定制个性化的课程计划。

• Discuss students long and mid-term plan and set right progress expectations,

与客户探讨课程计划，设置合理的短期目标，为客户提供有力的学术评估。

• Quote price and seal the contract.

负责入学合同签署。

• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company when needed.

其他根据公司需要所授予的职责和责任。

You have/are:

任职资格:

基本要求：

• Love children and care about their growth

爱孩子，并关注他们的成长

经验要求：

• Having experience in sales or Educational industries

有销售或教育相关经验

技能：

• English CET4 or above

大学四级及以上

• Fluent oral English and accurate written English skills

英语读写流利

• Microsoft Office software application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

熟练使用微软办公软件

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Open minded, willing to communicate with all people
