The Role:

We are looking for a high caliber individual to join EF China’s fast growing Study Abroad Division. The mission of the division is to double within 2 years. You will be part of the leads generation team reporting directly to the Vice-President of Marketing. You will develop, coordinate and implement the marketing efforts of five study abroad programs to increase the presence in the Eastern China region, generate new leads of potential customers through online and offline promotional campaigns, organize activities and events and develop new channels to grow the business.

You will:

• Implement leads generation campaigns offline
• Develop partnerships with relevant organizations and companies to generate leads

§ Develop relationships with Schools, universities, student bodies and parent associations.

• Develop novel marketing channels to increase EF’s presence in schools and campuses (e.g. bookstores, training centers, cafes);

§ Research and understand scholarships available in Shanghai, and understand how to leverage these to support business growth

• Explore and nurture relationships with key Governmental institutions
• Active networking within EF and outside EF to look for business opportunities and other collaborations
• Work with regional PR, Marketing, and Partnership teams to leverage and implement global projects to a local level
• Look for and coordinate sector exhibitions, organize EF’s own study abroad fairs and info meetings.

You have/are:

• Degree in business or marketing with some overseas experience;
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in sales, marketing and business development;
• Good knowledge of online and offline marketing tools and trends;
• Highly sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, creative, attention to details and strong sense of ownership;
• Result-driven with flexible work style and ability to perform under pressure;
• Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English;
