概述：

Synopsis:
运营实习生将以一个学习者与实践者的身份在英孚的直营学校工作直至正式毕业。在此期间，你有机会参与到学校运营的各个不同的阶段，并参与到公司提供的各项培训中。

The operation Intern will attend to the operation procedure as a learner & practitioner till graduate form university. During the internship, you have the chance to attempt to try to be different kind of roles. And join in the various training course been provided by corporate.

工作职责：

You will:

· 参与公司提供的各种培训

· Attend the various training course provided by the corporate.

· 了解产品信息学习沟通技巧

· To have a good appreciation of EF products

· 参与并观摩学校运营中的不同环节，如市场活动，试听课程以及家长会

· Observe the different part of operation procedure

· 参与市场部门进行路演活动

· Support marketing Road-show

· 协助外教进行课堂教学

· Assist foreign teacher for teaching

· 协助班主任进行班级管理以及家长沟通

· Support Progress Advisor for class management and Parents communication

· 参与语言运用俱乐部进行各种活动协调及支持

· Assist Life club coordinate.

· 参与校区环境布置以及各类聚会的安排

· Help to ornament the school environment according to different party theme,

任职条件：

You have/are:

· 爱孩子，喜爱教育培训事业

· Love children and care about their growth

· 良好的英语沟通表达能力

· Fluent oral English and accurate written English skills

· 乐于团队协作

· Good team player; quick learner

· 有强烈的责任感

· Willing to communicate in a straightforward manner, open minded

· 一周至少全职工作三天，其中两天为周末
