• Ability to work in a fast moving / changing environment
• Excellent communication and people skills working with both technical and non-technical personnel
• Above 2 years technical experience in Siebel configuration(including knowledge and experience with the following: assignment rules, business rules, workflows, data validation rules, object and data model changes, screen changes, custom scripting),workflow, EScript, EAI or EIM
• Siebel implementation experience on telecom projects is preferred
• Working knowledge of installation, basic administration, and use of Siebel client and tools (Siebel 8.x and above)
• Good knowledge of CRM system
• Good understanding of OOP. Programming experience in Java or C# or Java is preferred
• Good understanding of XML, basic understanding of CLR and SOAP
• Good understanding of one or more popular database products such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• Working knowledge of databases and database tools like Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer
• Ability to follow proper coding standards
• Understanding of Functional Requirements
• Documentation Skills (technical and functional documentation)
• Flexible to learn new technologies if necessary.

• BS in Computer Science (or related field) is desired. Candidates with significant relevant work experience may also be considered

• Good understanding of OOP with Java
• Understanding of Java and Java EE frameworks and related third party and open source frameworks

• Documentation skills to the level of being able to document self-written code (technical and functional documentation)

• Bi-lingual (Chinese/English)
• Travel required
