MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsibility of TD LTE Transport and synchronization domain system testing, including planning, execution, analysis, reporting and follow up.
- Consult, support and guide others toward requirements from internal and even external customers.
- Organizes knowledge sharing activities and contribute to the accumulation of experience and improvement of process
- Involved in early design phase, provide testing feedback to improve testability and estimate effort needed base on EFS.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in IP Network R&D work experience.
- Have basic background of WCDMA/LTE system
- Strong IP background and solid IP, IPSec, QoS experience.
- Be familiar with Telecom Synchronization architecture, GPS synchronization, Timing over Packet (IEEE1588), Synchronous Ethernet, NTP, etc
- Good interpersonal and English skills

- Capability of analytical thinking, knowledge sharing, and coaching, can work independently on the assigned tasks with little instructions
