岗位职责

1、中层管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；

2、负责日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

3、编制生产计划、生产作业计划，进行生产调度、管理和控制；

4、负责组织生产、设备、安全检查、环保、生产统计等管理制度的拟订、修改、检查、监督、控制及实施执行；

5、设置并实施产品的进度、生产方法和流程；

6、与其他部门协作在一定数量、质量、时间表和成本要求下保证高的生产效率。



任职资格

1、专科及以上学历，专业不限；

2、3年以上食品行业生产管理经验；能够合理安排接收订单，和生产部沟通安排生产，组织发货排期。

3、熟悉生产制造的部门运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理，精通生产制造的各个环节；

4、熟悉生产成本控制，统筹运作，熟悉生产作业流程和工艺规程，熟悉生产质量的控制管理，熟悉ISO9001：2000质量保证体系；

5、具备优秀的组织能力、沟通能力、规划能力。


Responsibilities:

1. middle management position, responsible for paln making , formulating, needs to participate in or assist the implementation of the related policy and system;
2.is responsible for the daily management and staff management, guidance, training and evaluation;
3. preparing for its annual production planning, production scheduling, management and control;
4. is responsible for organizing the production, equipment, safety inspection, environmental protection, production statistics management system of the draft, modify, inspection, supervision, control and implementation;
5. To set up and implement product progress, production methods and procedures;
6. Coordinate with other departments about the quality, schedule and cost request so to guarantee the high production efficiency.

qualifications
1. college or above, major is not specifictly required
2. 7 years management experience in food industry;
3. familiar with manufacturing department operation and process, good at production control and field management, be familiar with production manufacture of each link.
4. be familiar with production cost control, whole operation in the full range, be familiar with production operation process and technological regulations, production quality control management, and be familiar with ISO9001:2000 quality assurance system;
5. capable of organizing, communicating and planning
