Main Duties:

1.Write-up and update process documentation
2.Creat new items and maintain data in QAD system
3.New products development, including various projects
4.Continues improvement of the current process and take lead of PIP/WCM
5.Weekly project update and monthly report
6.Support production team in day-to-day opeartion
7.Work with quality department on improving product quality level
8.Work with maintenance department in equipments improvement and maintenance

9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Background skills:

1.BS or Master of mechanical Engineering, 3 years work experience min.
2.Must be interesting in mechanical system.

3.Be responsible and professional,self-motivated.

4.Have team spirit and good communication skills.
5.Good English communication level in both writing and speaking
6.Be good at appliction of AutoCAD, Excel & Power point.
7.Better on:
-Solid background in project management, new products development
-Expericence with profit improvement programs or 6 sigma projects
-Skill to take pressure
-Willing to work overtime
