职位描述
Minimum 10-12 years of experience with 5-7 in sales ( past 3-4 years preferably in BPO sales) C2 /D1
? Should have exposure to exposure to other geo’s like Korea, Taiwan, Japan and open for travel
? Multilingual ( mandarin, Korean, Japanese) fairly good command at least in 2
? Exposure to Indian Multinational’s will be and added advantage but not a must
? Should have the mindset to initiate discussions with limited Sales eco system around him in China. ( Go getter attitude)
? Should possess Astute business acumen to confidently communicate /interact with CXO level
? Have the mindset of setting up new business from scratch and build on it .
? If we can get a person who has served in other Geos’ and is excited to return to Shanghai can be a good
? Good understanding understanding of Service level’s, KPI’s , Quality, transformation initiatives to represent Wipro on daily client interactions
? Should have ability/exposure to replicate Best Practices & challenge status quo to attempt transformation
? Good understanding of BPO Business nuances backed with positive energy to hunt new business while managing current processes
