l Foreign employee’s work permit, residence permit and visa.

l Update staff information

l Commercial insurance

l Assistant to the staffing program (Birthday party\Annual party\News wall ……)

Admin　（30%）

l Order for drink water

l Birthday Reminder

l Make the reception work

l Uniform management

l Other office of the daily admin work

l Completed the other things from the HR manager.

Educational Background

University Degree, preferably from a top tier university in China.

PC/Language/Other Skills

Good in English & Mandarin. Effective presentation and communication skills, strong PC skills, and organizational skills.
