工作职责：为企业客户提供英语支持与服务，解决用户的问题。入职后会有相应的技术培训。Answer phone calls from users, in order to resolve specific problems
工作要求：
1. 计算机/网络工程相关专业毕业，或2年以上相关工作经验
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or two years related working experience.
2. 商务英语交流自如，有过call center经验优先。
Be able to communicate Business English freely.
3. 有IT Helpdesk或IT技术支持相关经验优先。
IT Helpdesk or IT technical support related experience is preferred
