Technical Leader for a Global leading European company in Guangxi

Key responsibilities主要职责:
1.Safety of operations运行安全
2.Housekeeping内务管理
3.Training the new technicians & fresh graduates on the professional field of Automation (DSC/QCS).培训自动化专业的新晋技术员和大学毕业生（分布系统控制/质量控制系统）。
1. Building and developing a management systems in area所辖范围的管理系统建立和发展。
2. Departmental resources development (personnel and technology)部门资源开发（人力资源和技术资源）
3. Daily maintenance operations with high internal customer availability（高效服务内部客户的日常维护操作）
4. Maintenance planning with production departments协同生产部门做好维护计划
5. Overall effectiveness and cost control (planning and follow up)整体效率和成本控制（计划和跟踪）
6. Set and achieve the objectives of organization设立和达成组织目标
7. Continuous improvement work持续改进工作
8. Operator maintenance work development维护操作员的工作改进和发展
9. Environmental responsibility in own area担负所辖范围的环境责任
10. Participating mill's short/medium term target setting and investment planning参与工程的短/中期目标制定和投资计划。
11. Other work related tasks完成其他职责相关的任务

Requirement要求
1.Education requirement: Bachelor Degree or equivalent, major in Electrical Automation or relevant professions.教育：本科及以上学历，电气自动化相关专业
2.At least 5 years professional experience required in; electrical and automation operations, management experience, understanding of industrial processes. Experiences of complex mill integrate operations (Board, Pulp, BCTMP, Paper, Power) is advantage. 5年以上相关专业工作经验，包括：电气自动化，管理经验，熟悉行业工艺。 有一体化工厂（纸，浆，化机浆，纸）工作背景
3.DCS/QCS experience in Board/Paper mills 造纸企业DCS/QCS工作经验
4.Proven ability to inspire and motivate people. 良好的团队激励能力
5.Strong leadership and communications skills. 良好的领导和沟通能力
6.Good safety track record. 良好的安全记录
7.Language and other skill requirements: Fluent in Mandarin and English. 英语和普通话流利
8.Open-minded person with ability to work within an international team. 思想开放，能适应国际化团队的工作环境。
9.Other requirements and preferred traits: team player, results oriented and negotiation skills.
