1.负责三级机构银保业务开发和渠道维护，并带领销售团队达成公司的销售目标
Be in charge of developing bank insurance and maintaining channel in third-level agency bank insurance,lead the sales group to reach the goal.
2.根据业务计划和招聘管理制度，完成银保外勤的招聘
According to business plan and recruiting rules, recruit bank insurance outworkers.
3.制定三级机构的银保业务发展计划，并监督执行
Formulate the third-level agency bank insurance plan and implement it.
4.负责三级机构银保的预算编制、执行和管控等
Control and manage the third-level agency bank insurance budget
5.负责三级机构银保内勤队伍发展和管理，包括：员工的招聘、人员、绩效追踪、辅导和发展

本科以上学历，保险或金融专业优先
Bachelor's degree or above, one majoring in insurance or finance will get precedence.
- 4年以上相关工作经验；3年以上寿险销售管理工作经验
