? Deliver the Own Brand packaging requirements to suppliers and ensure their understanding to comply on the items.
? Monitor the packaging suppliers' job status and performance.
? Right souring (recommendation) of the packaging suppliers in North China.
? Work alongside with suppliers to get the qualified packaging samples to customers for sign off within schedule.
? Evaluate the needs of packaging structural performance test with internal merchandising and product quality engineer to avoid packaging failures.
? On-site assistance on color management of any urgent packaging cases in North China.
? Investigation and provide action plan of the packaging problems to the end customers.
? Develop package performance measurement and improvement program in the packaging team.
? Work with ODUS Own Brand team on the color management and packaging specifications-review projects.
? Packaging samples management in Hangzhou Office.
? Conduct Factory Quality Audit, First-Article Inspection and/or Pre-Shipment Inspection of the packaging suppliers in North China.
? Talent people development in Hangzhou Office on the packaging consultancy.




Key performance metrics:
? Manage all the packaging items in continuously good quality of manufactures in North China
? Deal with customers' needs and complaints in the most cost and time effective way.
? Work closely with Hangzhou team and suppliers to prevent any potential problems.
? Maximize the productivity and build up the team spirit and team-work in packaging team.


Qualification Requirements:
? Bachelors Degree in Packaging or Engineering.
? Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in packaging and printing
industry fields.
? Minimum 2 years of on-job experience in buying offices or retailers.
? Good communication and proficiency in oral and written English.
? Knowledge of packaging structure, printing quality and suppliers control.
? Familiar with ISO and ISTA requirements.
? Knowledge of set up the packaging requirements
? Work independent and mature
