Responsibilities

·Assist General Manager to set up and enforce compliance of operation policies and procedures to foster frontline operation efficiency and customer service excellence.

·Develop administrative and operational documents for the deployment of operation systems.

·Study company targets to derive proper driving force to comply and uphold the operation procedures.

·Direct the use of resources efficiently, both staffing and supplies; and establish reporting system for management.

·Supervise inventory management and appointment booking in accordance with the operation procedures.

·Ensure presentable shop ambience and product and visual merchandising display.

Requirements

·Degree holder or equivalent

·At least 5 years of retail operation and customer service management experience in beauty industry is preferable.

·Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing
