职位描述
1.根据机构业务策略和渠道需求，制定内部和外部培训计划；
2.依据培训计划和总公司制定的培训相关制度，组织、实施内外部培训，配合业务部门为银
行相关人员提供培训；
3.负责组织、辅导和训练机构销售人员完成相关资格考试或认证，不断提升销售技能；
4.根据公司培训相关制度和当地监管要求，建立机构培训档案，实施日常培训管理；
5.根据业务发展和管理的需求，配合并参与总部及分公司组织的课程研发；
6.制作渠道报告和报表，协助渠道经理为银行提供相关报告和数据；
7.完成上级交办的其它工作。
1.大学本科或以上学历；
2.年以上销售培训工作经历，有渠道销售经验者优先；
3.较强的业务敏锐度，优秀的沟通表达能力，较好的组织协调能力和抗压性，及团队合作精神
熟练掌握授课技能，熟练运用PowerPoint等Office软件制作培训材料。
