GENERAL PURPOSE
This position is responsible for general HR issues, to support HR recruitment, training and company activities.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILTIES

1. Recruitment matters, incl post open positions; screening and sourcing resumes from any channels; recommend to related dept. manager, arrange interview and have initial interview.30%
2. Quarterly proposal for company activities, i.e. English conner, outing plan etc. and detail implement; 15%
3. New staff training arrangement, and all check in procedure ( registration form and certifications, and supporting stuff, i.e. computer, e-mail account); 10%
4. Check Candidate’s reference and back ground verify; 10%
5. Probation expire reminder; Staff contract preparation, or expire reminder; 10%
6. Staff exit procedure, guide and monitor the whole handing over procedure. 5%
7. HR fixed payment arrangement and staff gift purchasing (birthday, marriage etc.); 5%
8. Monthly recruitment status overview; 5%
9. Review monthly attendance record after collecting by reception; 5%
10. Finish any duties or responsibilities assigned by Management. 5%

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
？ Good in English listening, writing and reading, CET 4 or above level
？ Proficiency in Microsoft office software operation, i.e. Word, Excel etc.
？ Good presentation & communication skills
？ Ability to work independently
？ Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written)
？ Excellent interpersonal skills
？ Nice and optimistic personality

Preferred Qualifications:
？ Experience in recruitment or training is an advantage

Minimum Education and Experience:
？ College or university degree major in Human Resource, Administration or relevant courses
？ Min 2 years experience in AD or HR dept. in position of assistant or clerk.

90% General office environment
10% outdoor working environment
