工作职责    

1.作为客户与公司之间的日常沟通桥梁 ;处理实验室与客户之间的协调工作，跟踪报告/工作状态，并反馈给客户。    

2.分析每个客户的业务增长点，并在现有客户基础上开发更多的业务;

3.及时处理客户的一般询问和投诉，找到解决方案。

4.审查和评估客户服务合同，并与其他部门合作，如销售，客户，保持长期的客户关系。

5.其他由主管或实验室经理指派的工作。

    

任职要求

    -大专或以上学历，工商管理、商务英语、人文或其他文科专业优先;

    -大学英语四级或同等学历;

    -有相关经验者可放宽以上任职要求

    

-其他:

    1 .良好的英文读写能力;

    2. 良好的团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力。
