职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司工程部各项目的预防性维护，需按公司计划执行。
2、按客户要求时间积极配合完成维修工作。
3、负责各项目水、电、墙壁、楼梯等方面设施、设备的维修、维护工作，按要求达到客户标准。
4、要做到“当天故障当天排除”，如当天不能够维修彻底，应向客户说明清楚原由，得到客户的谅解并尽快安排时间维修。
5、厉行节约、杜绝浪费，严禁将公物传送他人，做好购买材料的费用预算和领用材料的以旧换新；每次维修时做好维修记录。
任职要求：
1、年龄25--40岁；
2、具有服务意识，与客户沟通时需保持良好的态度。
3、遵守公司各项规章制度、服从领导安排。
4、熟悉掌握木工、水电、油漆涂料、泥瓦工装修及维修操作技能；
5、具有装潢公司或物业维修经验、持有相关技术资格证书者优先考虑。
