职务与责任:
对于公司售出的产品提供维修支持服务
保存与管理所有客户端的维修工作记录
计划安排定期，突发维修工作列表，以达成客户期望为准
维持充裕零配件，工具，设备库存应付维修需要
撰写厂房施工手册。协助客户在设备安装前完成施工
撰写客户维修手册
定期回馈产品性能信息到工程部
提供现场客户支持

工作经验：
有能力清楚的户表达产品的状况与技术问题
有能力对电气，机械，激光，光学 子系统进行维修
有独立工作能力，并能达到预期效果
有英文听看写沟通能力
有三年生产设备维修经验，有激光应用经验优先考虑

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide repair and service supports to all the equipment sold by the company
Keep comprehensive service records on all the work that is done on customer system(s)
Plan on-site repair and scheduled preventive maintenance works in advance to meet customer expectation
Maintain adequate spare part inventory, equipment and tools required for repair work
Prepare Site Preparation document and liaise with customer to ensure it is done before installation
Write Customer Service Manual
Feedback of product performance to Engineering regularly
Calibrate customer’s systems to maintain its specifications
Meeting with customer on all service related matters
Provide on-site customer support effectively

Work Experience Needed and Skills：
Able to communicate clearly to customers on the status of his equipment
Able to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, laser and optical subsystem
Able to work with minimum supervision and yield results
Able to read, write and communicate in English
3 years of on-site production tool support experience, laser knowledge is an advantage
