Now we need to recruit Recruiting Specialist , please review the detailed information as followings:



Responsibilities:

At least 2 years of experience in the field
Manage the recruitment system and hiring process (e.g. interview tools and testing materials; control and track headcount requisition)
Work partially generated by external requests; partially autonomous prioritizing;
Recruiting routine activities (data posting, CV filing, CV data base administration)
search, develop and maintain effective recruitment channels through liaising closely with recruitment agencies
Responsible for staff hires as well as campus recruitment, including but not limited to job advertisements; resume and candidate screening; arranging and conducting interviews; gathering and analyze interview feedback from interviewers; providing advice for final decisions; conducting reference checks on shortlisted candidates; as well as arranging job offers
Handle on-boarding, whilst following up on new hires' probation and evaluation
In charge of HR recruitment reports
Maintain a smooth communication channel with diverse teams at all levels regarding recruiting issues
Participate in other HR-related projects as assigned
Key Requirements:

bachelor's degree, with a major in HR, English, Business Administration or other related subjects
detail-oriented, with the ability to efficiently organize and handle a diversified range of activities
good communication, coordination, interpersonal and organizational skills as well as a good team-player
ability to work with various teams at all levels
ability to work independently and under pressure
strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
good command of PCS and MS Office programs and internet knowledge
Good command of English
willing to travel
