Job Description
1. Work with all board design engineers to define the chassis, responsible for enclosure mechanical design for series chassises cover all BCG STB/CM reference designs.
2. Contact with enclosure manufacture for the chassis stack up, structure design, tooling, molding, assembly and production.
3. Provide assembly instruction for all reference designs.
4. Thermal analysis for the board design and consider thermal factor in mechanical design with the analysis data.
5. Provide thermal solution for small form factor, turnkey designs.
6. Working with China customers to solve customer product thermal issues.
Job Requirements
1. On hand RF debug experience for more than 5 year, familiar with broadband receiver debug knowledge
2. Good RF background, strong knowledge base for RF technology and ready to study new knowledge
3. Familiar with RF simulation software , such as Agilent ADS and ansoft HFSS
4. Skill in using RF test equipment, deep knowledge in equipment working theory, such as VNA, spectrum analyzer, power meter
5. Knowledge in cable TV RF receiver theory , DOCSIS DRFI, MOCA, wifi and digital modulation theory is a good plug
6. Will to travel to customers and oversea travel
