Job Duties:

- Develop and execute recruiting plans on project based;
- Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives;
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position by effectively communication with hiring managers to understand new requirements;
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation;
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. And develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates;
- Participate in posting openings in newspaper advertisements, websites, and other job portals;
- Manage the use of agencies and headhunters;
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
- Conduct prescreening interviews if necessary;
- Maintain all applicants’ status timely updated in the database;
- Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees;
- Assist in interviewing and selecting candidate onsite;
- Perform other special projects as assigned



Requirements:

- Exposure to recruitment is essential;
- A comprehensive knowledge in local labour law and regulations is required;
- Proficient in using various kinds of PC soft wares (English and Chinese), e.g. Word, Excel and Dbase;
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Numerate, analytical and detail/time conscious;
- Good at English and Chinese writing skills;
- Preferably have interviewing/ counseling skills
