Financial Service Assistant (Home Mortgage Loan)

Job Description:
-Handle the capture and maintenance for the home mortgage loan new application letter issuing and fund disbursement;
-Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner;
-Interpret correctly and undertake fully the instructions/requests. Process the work/tasks in accordance with policies and procedures;
-Undertake quality check job assigned by assistant managers to ensure processing quality meets standard;
-Provide high quality processing service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified SLA’s;
-Conduct operation coaching or training to other staff;
-Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Skills/Experience Required:
-Good communication skill in pure Cantonese and English;
-A senior high school certificate holder, diploma or degree in any discipline, English Major will be an advantage;
-Ability to understand and speak pure Cantonese; Ability to understand written English;
-Basic computer knowledge;
-Ability to understand and interpret numeric data; Maintain focus when works with voluminous data;
-Attention to details and ability to multi task;
-Ability to build rapport with people;
-Strong commitment; Flexibility to work shifts and can work under pressure;
-Willing to take challenge;
-Rotating shift: Mon to Sat, 08:00-20:30
