A. Finance Functions

1. Checking sales daily report of gallery daily an check with EASI system
2. Checking amount of cash envelop amount is in accordance with actual cash revenue
3. To handle cash count at shop and deposit to bank with hotel finance on daily basic
4. Checking credit card and commission is accordance with daily gallery income
5. Issue VAT invoice to guest for shop sales
6. To prepare daily income/sales report and prepare daily journal entry to support ledger account for closing
7. To process stock receive , stock transfer, stock issue form from Lijiang shop
8. Monthly checking consignment items in shop, unit price , and prepare payment from sales report on monthly
9. To submit monthly VAT and Local tax before 15^th of each month
10. To submit the joint annual inspection of enterprises before 31^st May
11. To provide the foreign currency audit firm before 31^st May and annual inspection
12. To submit the report to commercial bureau of Lijiang and department of commerce of Kunming before 7^thof the following month.
13. To submit enterprises income tax before 15^th of each quarter
14. To submit report balance sheet and income statement quarterly to State Taxation Administration
15. To certify customs VAT invoices.
16. To preparing commission report against with budget
17. Monitor and randomly process of cash test and inventory on monthly basic
18. Accurately and timely process cash/bank reimbursements, and make sure all supporting follow company’s reimbursement policy and finance standard;
19. Prepare Cash Flow Report on monthly basis;
20. Check all payment requests to responsible person for approval, then scan and submit to HQ if need.

B. Other Functions

1. To coordinate with HO and shanghai team for all issue relate to company
2. Any related works assigned by manager if have
