Job Title： Assistant Financial Controller 助理财务总监

Location： Dalian

Objectives of Role

1. To provide high quality customer service to employees and vendors in response to email, telephone or fax enquiries

2. To process invoices and credit notes in line with tax guidelines, perform necessary checks prior to posting

3. To complete reports as outsourced industry required

Main Accountabilities

Customer Service

1. ? Provide a single contact to all the finance relate queries.

2. ? Resolution of external and internal calls related to finance.

3. ? Field incoming calls

4. ? Action email enquiries

5. ? Offer expedited solutions

6. ? Initiate follow-up calls

7. ? Document all issues, resolution & follow-up actions in Supportwork

8. ? Identify repetitive queries

9. ? Update procedures and user guide

Manage Close Process

1. ? Ensure Close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner

2. ? Perform high level review of both balance sheet for obvious errors, omissions or inconsistencies.

3. ? Attest to accuracy of General Ledger. Sign off all reconciliations.

4. ? Proactively communicate with the client on close related issues.

5. ? Ensure Compliance with client Accounting policies.

6. ? Support extended working hours during close and year end periods.

Oversee Stat. Compliance

1. ? Manage the preparation of all compliance documentation as defined by client.

2. ? Proactively engage with client on issues or potential issues concerning compliance requirements.

3. ? Review all compliance documentation prior to submission to client for accuracy and completeness.

4. ? Proactively assist in ensuring compliance with all statutory and statistical requirements in a geography.

5. ? Provide on site tax audit support if required and agreed by both parties.

6. ? Support audit of financial statements as required.

Key Requirements

1. Fluent in English;

2. Major in Finance and Accounting；

3. Aged 35 or plus, with 10 year+ working experience；

4. Ever held Finance Manager role for at least 2-3 years;

5. BPO experience for 2-3 years is preferable;

6. Leadership experience of managing a team with around 10 staff;

7. With CPA (中国注册会计师) member as a plus.
