Job Duty
- Manage aftersales department and the work shop on a profitable and professional manner
- Plan and develop after sales strategy in accordance with PCN China's requirements;
- Meet monthly and annual aftersales target
Set target in terms of productivity, efficiency and utilisation for workshop and stock level, turnover, supply rate and ageing for stock control;
- Implement PCN's process and pass Service audit.
- Work with Marketing Department for after sales marketing, campaign and advertising plan;
- Timely reporting of Key Performance Index ("KPI") to PCN China and GM;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Work closely with Sales Department for PDI arrangement;
- Train aftersales staff; Liaise with principal on aftersales related issues

Qualification Required:
- University or Polytechnic graduate in automobile engineering with good grade
- Working knowledge of English both in writing and spoken is a must

Experience Expected:
- At least 10 to 15 years experience in auto service industry of which 4-5 years in management position
- Sound technical knowledge
- Experience in establishing a new workshop from ground zero is an advantage
