Responsibilities:

Develop and develop service strategies in line with company's direction;
Plan and budget that is necessary to realize the agreed service strategies;
Observe market and competitors in order to adapt the strategy where necessary;

Manage the workshop according to Porsche China's and customers' requirements;
Work according to Porsche standards and ensure the service team is also working according to the same standards;
Identify customers needs and match those needs with Porsche products and service offerings;
Generate sources of business by developing prospects and customers through appropriate channels and customer da te base;
Prepare and submit the activity reports to management as required;




Requirement:

At least 2 years of working experience as a Service Manager or in a similar position
? Minimum college degree; university degree in relevant field of study preferred
? Be a representative ("ambassador") of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other
aspects
? Experience in the automotive After Sales Business is preferred
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English is a plus
? Proven experience in leading and managing teams
? Understanding and imposing Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
? Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services
? Professional and courteous attitude
? Excellent customer service mentality with ability to quickly build strong relationships
? Ability to make decisions & achieve objectives
? Honest and reliable personality
? Well-groomed appearance
? Self-motivated
? Ability to work independently as well as in team
? Works well under pressure
? Excellent organizational and analytical skills
? Willing to learn and to adapt to change
? Open minded attitude towards customers, prospects and trends
? Proficient computer skills (MS office, Lotus Notes and Internet)
