Job Duties :
- Support and implementation of various projects within the After Sales department
- Develop, support and conduct AS marketing / customer relationship management
- Prepare and provide comprehensive detailed reports to PC management
- Ensure that reliable, premium and comprehensive After Sales service is offered to all Porsche
customers
- To effectively manage workshop loading, efficiency, productivity and quality
- Utilize Porsche provided tools such as Porsche Partner Network (PPN), Corporate Porsche Academy site (CPA), PIWIS, PQIS, Service Manual and others.


Qualification Required :
- Minimum college degree; university degree preferred or equivalent working experience
- Be a representative of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other aspects.
- Experience in the automotive After Sales Business is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English is a plus
- Willing to learn and to adapt to change
- Works well under pressure
- Technical education or background
