岗位职责： (Job Responsibilities)
1.协调运营、供应链、市场、销售部门的关系；

1. coordination of operations, supply chain, marketing and sales departments;
2.协助上级制定并完善相关部门流程；

2. assist established at a higher level and improve the relevant departments process.
3.协助上级处理对外事务和相关事务的跟进；

3. assist superiors in dealing with matters related to Foreign Affairs and follow-up;
4.负责对上级安排的业务计划落实情况的跟踪、协调和推进；

4. responsible for his supervisor's tracking, coordinating, and advancing implementation of the business plan;
5.协助总经理设计并改善供应链系统，制定并完善切实可行的采购，仓储，配送等管理工作流程，并实施监控和管理。
5. assist the General Manager design and improve the supply chain system, formulate and improve practical procurement, warehousing, distribution and other management processes, and implementation of the monitoring and management.

任职要求：（Requirements）
1、本科及以上学历，物流类、供应链等相关专业背景；

The undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications, logistics, supply chain, and other relevant professional background.
2、3年以上供应链工作经验，有管理经验优先；

More than 3 years supply chain experience, and management experience preferred.
3、具备丰富的供应链管理实践经验；

With a wealth of supply chain management practice and experience.
4、人品端正，诚实可靠，有保密意识；

Good character, honesty, confidentiality;
5、沟通能力佳，逻辑能力强，有准确的判断力；

Communication skills, strong logical abilities, accurate judgement;

6、熟悉体育用品行业；

Be familiar with sports equipment industry.
7、做事踏实细心，严谨、自律，有条理性，具有敬业精神

8、英语听说读写熟练、 具备日语能力更佳：
