- From our SRE, Siemens are looking to recruit a Commercial Officer in Business Administration Support Center.

What are my responsibilities?
1.Commercial management and operation under responsibility of BA Support Center
- Responsible for the monthly bill process (mainly SRE China) and actual monitoring, tracking deviation and coordinate correction actions.
- Overall monitoring of the transactions of AA HQ in China & SRE China, including suspending item clearing, resolve of pending PO & GR/IR and monthly PoD archiving and checking.
- Internal cost transfer process and tracking. Inter & Intra company billing process according to relevant SLA.
- ICC payment handling and monitoring.
- Ensure the accordance of business processes to legal- and compliance guidelines for the responsible areas.
2.Development and steering of AA related transactions
- Analysis and identification of opportunities & risks of the AA relevant transactions
- Support the others teams in AA to developing and preparing of their own charging model.
3.SRE AA / China related reporting development
- Responsible partially for the SRE related report preparing and system uploading.
- Ensure the pre logical checking in place before final submitssion.
- To support SRE AMUs for the reporting template preparation and development.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Skillful SAP operation, familiar with various SAP reports.
- Solid knowledge of intra & inter company transaction.
- Familiar with internal billing process and cost allocation methodology.
- Good communication skill, with willingness to support other teams.
- Be able to working under standard process, to build up tracking and monitoring mechanism.
- Good Microsoft Office skill and fluent English.
