- For SLC Energy ET division, we are looking for a Secretary. The detailed responsibilities and requirements are listed as below.
What are my responsibilities?
Administrative Part
- Provide business administration support to CEO and his team.
- Travel arrangement
- Meeting coordination – agenda arrangement
- Participation in meetings incl. minutes of meetings
- independent follow up of to do list resulting from business meetings or MoM.
- File management and database set up and maintenance
Data Analysis and Reporting (plant performance and financial data)
- Evaluate and analyze performance and financial data, mainly from China HP plants
- Create intelligent reports and presentations by using advanced graphical tools like Power Point Excel incl.
- Think Cell and Efficient Elements ( training will be rendered as needed)
What do I need quality this position?
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional use of Microsoft Office software, such as PPT, Excel, etc..
- Self-motivated and ambition;
- very reliable and self initiative
- Good learner who can pick up new knowledge fast and efficiently;
- Master degree preferably in Economics
- Available for a certain travel
What else do I need to know?
- Written and spoken English skill
- Presentation skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
